You will have an online calendar (Fit Shack) with opportunities where fun, positive, active New Smyrnians will be. You know them, they have a similar mission, you are comfortable and have a wonderful time.
Different categories of our active life below




'Fit-Beach Days' are once a month, so if you can make it to the beach, it's great we all go on the same day/location, with a similar agenda (active things).
'Field Days' are once a month as well. It's nice to get out to the wide open fields. Run sprints, jog, walk, throw football, kick soccer etc. No limits, but were all there same date/time and that is better. Let's roll!
Faster Run Club - First Tuesday Monthly at 6pm. Meet at NSB Flagler Ave Ramp (by the surfboard statue). 1 'soft graded-faster run' every 3 minutes, start off with warm up, end with cool downs.
Mini Missions - This can be the summer bioluminescence kayak, walking club, kayak, surf, paddle surf, biking, night sea turtle walk, 5K run, trail run, ocean swim etc. Anything 'you want' to do with Fit Life NSB members.

Vibe Times - You worked hard, worked out, might be a little sore and whooped, time to vibe! Us 'fit-minded' still gotta have fun. Vibes times may be listening to live music, Flagler Ave group Wine Walk, beach bone fire, picnics or any other special events. How about a Fitness vacation to an all inclusive Caribbean Resort?

(Volunteering) The Story: 'After a storm, countless starfish were stranded on the beach. A child began tossing them back into the sea, one by one. A passerby said, 'You can’t save them all — it doesn’t matter.' The child tossed another and replied, ‘It matters to this one.’

Fitness Challenges - Two times a year we will put out a routine where the amount of exercise you can do in 30 minutes gives you points. You complete on your own or come to a day where we do it together. Push ups, lunges/air squats, sit ups, jumping jacks will be main stays with variations. The super fit will have 10x more points than beginners, so it's really you against you and improve over six months prior. We will display the top 30% results for motivation to all others!

Catch 'Waves' Rewards - While everyone initially says, "Ah, I don't need a towel, hat" etc for a reward, we do love to get them. It's not just that, we hope to raise thousands from our business partners, to come up with generous quarterly raffles and perks. We'll just take a picture of it for future promotions, good work! A 'worksheet' will be in emails, send in for reward qualification (real simple), until the App is ready. 'WAVES' relies on comp[any sponsors and is TBD.

The 'Opps' emails has reminders of future 'opportunities.' While the details are in the online 'Fit Shack,' emails are a convenient way to get info out there.

A cool online portal (named Fit Shack) houses member info, dates, times, web links, a discussion board, and point engagement system. Enjoy!
