Hi, I'm Jason.

I've spent 27 years in health, fitness, and life coaching. It started in the athletic training rooms at Florida State, grew into a Master's in Health Promotion, and turned into eleven years helping companies across Florida get their people healthier.

Along the way I wrote my own method, coached thousands of sessions, and built a corporate wellness program from the ground up. I've also lived it - I know what it takes to change your own body, because I've done it.

I arrived in New Smyrna in 2022 and started building the thing I always wished existed: a community of healthy people - and people on their way there - who like to do more fun, active things with others.

What We Believe

Anyone can hand you a plan. The hard part was never the information - it's doing it, week after week, without going it alone.

So the workout isn't really the point. It's the vehicle. The real engine is your mindset, your habits, and the people around you. Get those working together and everything else finally sticks.

It doesn't compete with your current program. It completes it.

Fit Life NSB brings active-minded neighbors together - ages 18 to 100 - to move, play, and connect. Bridge walks and beach days, pickup sports and paddle trips, bonfires and quiet mornings on the sand.

There's a place for every interest, and no pressure to do any of it. Real life, not ideal life. We built this for you - come be part of it.
