What is 'Fit Life NSB?"
Whether you’re into beach bootcamps, yoga at sunrise, paddle boarding, paddle surfing, surfing, pickleball, mountain bike, outdoors, night bioluminescence kayak, or just walking the bridges with a good crew (or anything else) — Fit Life NSB brings it all together. You’ll find whatever you want - because it will be created for you (if you want to do it, sure there is a group that will too). But it’s not all sweat — we mix in fun: wine walks, live music nights, beach bonfires, bowling, beach turtle hikes, and the occasional weekend adventure.
This isn’t just about staying active — it’s about building a routine that feels good, connecting with 'fit-minded' people, expanding your circle, and making space for more fun in your life. The vibe is positive, supportive, and zero pressure. Whether you’re training hard, just getting moving, or somewhere in between — you’ll fit right in, and you’ll probably have a blast doing it.

Who is this for?
Anyone with a fun, fitness-minded attitude — all ages and levels welcome. Whether you’re into CrossFit, yoga, running, or just want to be more active and social, Fit Life NSB is here to connect you with great people and energizing events.
What does “fit-minded” mean? You move your body regularly (3x/week or more), focus on both cardio and strength, and bring a positive, humble energy. It’s more mindset than muscle.
Why not just a free Facebook group?
We’re not just digital—we’re building a real, organized community. Your small monthly fee helps fund events, prizes, planning, and keeps things running with purpose. It also shows you’re committed.
How does it work?
Join for $5/month and get text/email updates with event details. Show up, connect, have fun, share pics, and track points for prizes. Simple formula, big impact.
What about age or fitness level?
No stress. If you’re 18+, come hang. We’re a mix of all backgrounds, skill levels, and interests — united by a supportive, no-pressure vibe. Kids welcome where appropriate- family friendly.
What else might come out of this club?
Think: weekend trips, beach hangs, fishing, surf groups, spa days, sponsor perks, and more. This is just the beginning.
Where are you located?
Events take place all around New Smyrna Beach. Detwiler Park (701 Oakwood Ave) is our unofficial home base, but we’ll move around depending on the vibe.
Does the $5 cover the event itself?
No — it covers access and coordination. Some events may have their own costs (e.g., wine walks). Beach days might include a setup; others are BYO. We’re adding more perks and plan to offer higher-tier memberships soon.
Is there a refund policy?
Yes. If we’re not delivering, we’ll refund up to 3 months. We’re here to build value, not just collect fees.
Who is this not for?
Anyone with a hidden agenda, bad attitude, or disrespectful behavior. We’re here for good vibes only.
